Happy Money is a Southern California-based Fintech company that is on a mission to turn borrowers into savers by helping people pay off credit card debt, empowering them to establish a better relationship with money in the process. When relocating their Irvine headquarters, due to rapid growth, they sought out a space that would reinforce their collaborative, flexible, and inclusive work environment.
Happy Money engaged Rapt Studio to design their 70K sq ft multi-level headquarters to embody, evoke, and promote the fundamental principles of happiness. In response, Rapt Studio engaged PeopleSpace to provide furniture that would connect the various internal teams, and bring their brand to life.
With two full floors, it is open and inclusive. Large glass garage doors open leading to balconies that invite light and fresh air throughout the space. Rapt Studios says that the "Modular furniture, flexible partitions, and concealable storage allows the space to easily flex between those high-touch meetings and internal event hosting, bringing a kind of energy that’s not typically expected from the boardrooms of traditional financial companies."
